50 Foods You Must Avoid If You Want To Lose Weight

The journey to your desired weight starts with making dietary changes. Cutting back on foods high in fat plays a major role in dropping those extra calories. Losing weight is a combination of eating nutritious food, being physically active and knowing what to avoid like those foods high in fat with empty calories. With so many options it’s difficult to make the right choice. Where do you start? No more chips? What about meats and desserts? Here are 50 foods that you must avoid if you want to lose weight. Sugary Beverages Sugary drinks are basically beverages that contain added sweeteners and flavours. These include soda, tonic, fruit punch, energy drinks and more. A single tablespoon contains about 4 grams of sugar. A typical can of soda contains 7 to 10 tablespoons of sugar. Swap your can of soda with a glass of lemon water for accelerating weight loss. Which beverage do you prefer? Tell us in the comments!

Potato Chips Potato chips contain extra flavoring, additives, fat and sugar. Out of all the fat causing offenders, potato chips are the worst! Along with a dangerous amount of sodium, a bag of chips is also high in trans fat. This leads to obesity along with heart disease, diabetes and Alzheimer's. Go for healthy snacks like celery, kale chips, dark chocolate or apple slices with peanut butter! Processed Meats Obesity and weight gain is directly linked to processed meats which include sausages, salami, beef jerky and canned meat. They contain many different combinations of irresistible and delicious flavors, additives and fat which usually makes people overeat. They lack fiber, protein, vitamins and other essential nutrients. So if you are looking to ditch a few pounds then processed meats is a no-go! White Rice Rice is a staple food for half of Earth’s population. Easy to cook, and versatile, it’s packed with calories. A single cup of rice contains 200 calories which is a disaster for someone looking to lose weight. When compared to brown rice, white rice is stripped off its vitamins and minerals during the refining process. Filled with carbs, this food should be avoided at all costs or replaced with unprocessed brown rice. Sugary Cereal Sugar equals fat. Cereal is one of the most overlooked foods to avoid for weight loss.

Added sugars found in cereal, candy and other baked goods contribute to weight gain. If not taken care of in the early stages it can cause diabetes, chronic heart conditions and obesity. Looking to replace cereal? Go for whole grain based cereals that digest easily and quickly. Diet Soda How can something with diet in its name contribute to weight gain? Low calorie doesn’t mean low sugar content. In the long run, artificial and refined sugar causes weight gain. Drinking zero calorie, sweetened drinks confuses the body because it expects the calories that aren’t actually there.

This causes it to increase insulin and sugar levels leading to fat storage and eventually contributing to weight gain. French Fries A typical helping of french fries contains around 427 calories which means it’s a high calorie food. Made with potatoes and deep fried in oil, french fries are a quick ticket to obesity. Often eaten along with other junk foods, ketchup and topped sometimes with melted cheese, they also increase your risk of overeating. Red Meat Red meat like pork, beef and lamb are packed with protein and are a rich source of iron. This high iron content decreases the release of certain hormones in the brain which leaves you with a monster appetite. When eaten in excess this can increase the risk of heart disease and weight gain. Try to limit your red meat intake to just 3 ounces per week. Whipped Cream Desserts don’t feel complete without a rich dollop of whipped cream. We’re used to having cream in coffee, baked goods and all sorts of other things.

It is made from heavy cream and is packed with calories. A two-tablespoon serving has 100 calories and 10 grams of fat. Clearly, it’s a no go if you are looking to lose weight! Chocolate bars Chocolate is the world's favorite dessert. While dark chocolate has health benefits, milk chocolate bars are packed with calories and sugar and very little nutrients. Did you know that the consumption of chocolate in America has gone up from 74% to 81% in just 10 years. These bars also increase appetite and, be honest, when was the last time you had ONE BITE? They’re just plain unhealthy and you should resist the temptation! Peanut Butter Peanuts are high in fat and calories. Eating just 2 tablespoons of peanut butter contains 190 calories which is unpleasant news if you are looking to lose weight. Butter alone also has boatloads of fat. Eating peanut butter with bread is an easy way of gaining weight. Fresh Fruit Juice Sometimes considered the hidden culprit for weight gain, fresh fruit juice often goes unnoticed. Eating fresh fruit is better than squeezing out its juice. The sugar content present in juice form causes weight gain and obesity. Without any fiber the fruit increases sugar levels in the blood which later gets stored as fat. Fried Chicken Fried chicken is America’s favorite soul food. Sadly it contributes to massive weight gain. When chicken is fried, it becomes dense in caloric content. This happens because it loses water and absorbs the oil. When eaten every day, not only will you gain weight but also increase cholesterol leading to heart problems. Ice Cream Ice Cream is made from heavy cream, loaded with sugar and incredibly dense in fat content.

Just 1 cup of vanilla ice cream contains 14 grams of fat. If you find it difficult to cut back on it, then only have it as an occasional treat. You can also substitute commercially prepared ice cream with the low fat ones. Crackers Crackers are high in everything that causes an increase in weight. They contain artificially added salt, sugar and fats and fall under the category of ultra processed foods. If you wish to turn it into a healthful snack then you can eat them with carrots, celery or hummus. Avoid them completely if you are looking to lose a few of pounds. Cream cheese Cream cheese is a popular dessert spread. This versatile dairy product is made from the heavy fat combination of cream and milk. Cream cheese produced in the USA contains 33 percent fat. Sure it is a good source of Vitamin A and antioxidants, but the cons outweigh the pros.

Just 2 tablespoons of it contains 100 calories and 9 grams of fat. Energy Drinks If you’ve been skipping meals and substituting them with energy drinks then it's time for you to stop. They have zero nutritional value and are high in empty calories and sugar. Drinking even 2 cans of it every day is considered over consumption. Often associated with sports and athletic activities these drinks are very harmful in the long run. Jam Fruit jams are a part of a balanced breakfast, especially for kids. Despite the delicious taste there is nothing more to it. This classic sweet spread is made by simmering fruits in high calorie sugar and zero fiber. It is also dense with glucose and leads to weight gain. Replace it with freshly cut fruit topping or some other organic spread. Savory Sauces Barbecue sauce, ketchup, ranch, classic mayonnaise and others contain shockingly high amounts of calories and fat. Just 1 spoon of mayo contains 10 grams of fat and 100 calories. Sure these condiments make any bland food delicious but they are not good news, if you are looking to lose weight. Basting chicken or any meat with barbecue sauce is as good as deep frying them. Coffee Creamer Coffee has gained major hype among the people in the US, however the creamer in it causes weight gain. Coffee alone is rich with nutrients and essential vitamins but the moment you add dairy creamers, everything gets cancelled out. This can wreak havoc on your weight loss goals. They not only contain fat but also emulsifiers that cause digestive issues.

Refined Pasta When it comes to weight gain, pasta is a tricky food. A staple in many cultures, whole grain pasta is a good choice for a healthy diet routine. On the other hand refined pasta has had most of its nutrients and fiber removed, and the body digests it as it would any sugar, sending fat stores to your belly. You can make the switch easily and say goodbye to belly fat. Onion Rings Onion rings are a staple among fast food and are often eaten with burgers and a soda. They are not only deep fried but are also coated with a layer of bread crumbs, flour and eggs, all of which are the usual suspects in weight gain. 100 grams of onion rings contain 411 calories! Completely getting rid of them from your diet will show quick results.

Tortilla Chips The combination of tortilla chips and guacamole may seem like the perfect healthy snack, but that is a common misconception. 100 grams of these processed chips contains 25 grams of fat! With miniscule amounts of calcium and iron, their nutritional value is not impressive and has dangerously high levels of sodium. Overall, tortilla chips cause more harm than good. Large Coffee Drinks Large coffee drinks like a vanilla latte, iced white chocolate mocha and others can cause some serious weight gain. While black coffee helps in breaking down large foods into smaller bits, large coffee drinks contain heavy, whipped cream, large quantities of sugar and artificial flavoring. All these add ons negate the positive characteristics of coffee. Just one of these drinks everyday will bring your weight loss journey to a standstill. Pie If you deconstruct the ingredients of a pie, you will notice that most of them cause quick weight gain. Pie crusts and other baked goods contain gross amounts of trans fats and saturated fats. They add on hefty calories and harms the natural nutritional value of your body. Cinnamon Rolls Beware of craving cinnamon rolls if you are on a weight loss diet. These delicious treats are made of flour and loaded with sugar, including the toppings.

One large cinnamon roll contains 290 calories and 15% of it is just fat. In order to burn these calories you will have to do some intense cardio. With zero nutritional value these should be immediately cut from your diet. Pancakes If layers of pancakes with sugary syrup dripping down is your breakfast of choice then it's time to stop. They are a popular breakfast meal that can be whipped up in no time. While an occasional pancake or 2 is okay, eating it everyday for breakfast contributes to weight gain. They lack fiber and are high in calories, fat and sugar. All factors that increase your waistline. Granola Granola has gained exponential popularity as a healthy snack alternative that’s packed with energy giving ingredients. Some granolas contain around 4 tablespoons of sugar in every helping. Constantly eating them in large amounts will lead to obesity, diabetes and other health concerns. Try eating small amounts, and ones that contain no artificial sweeteners.

Bottled Tea Bottled tea may seem like the perfect pick-me-up for a kick of energy. Almost every type of pre sweetened bottled tea is a bad idea. Sure it feels light and refreshing but it is loaded with sugar. You might as well just have soda! In just one packaged tea you’re having 11 teaspoons of sugar. An obvious step would be to cut it out from your diet to promote weight loss. Wondering which healthy beverages are the best? Check out this video and get to know the 13 most nutrient dense drinks on the planet. Alcohol Drinking Alcohol, particularly in large amounts causes some serious weight gain along with a bunch of other health problems. It also stops the body from burning fat. Ever gorge on a cheese hamburger after a night out? That’s because booze makes you super hungry for junk food. Sure, some alcoholic beverages contain more fat than others, but they’re all equally harmful. Takeaway Pizza Everyone loves pizza. However it can derail your weight loss journey. From its dough to toppings, every aspect is unhealthy. The dough is refined and contains heavy carbs. They’re topped off with fats like cheese and unhealthy sauces containing trans fats. Unless you choose the healthier version, it should be on your ‘dont eat’ list. Soybean Oil In a world that is quickly switching to healthier alternatives, soybean has become a popular choice. Did you know that Soybean causes more obesity when compared to coconut oil.

People who include this oil in their diets are more susceptible to weight gain and even diabetes! This happens because it contains unsaturated unhealthy fats. Replace it with olive oil and expect positive results. Burgers This is a no brainer. Burgers top the list for high fat containing foods because one cheese burger contains around 300 calories. They contain unhealthy fats, are high in sodium and are cooked in unhealthy oil. They also contain refined flour, red meat, cheese, mayo and ketchup, all the ingredients to make you gain a couple of pounds in just one go. Candy Bars While having an occasional candy bar is okay eating it regularly is cause for concern. Too much candy will add lots of unhealthy nutrients to your body like sugar and fat. Too much sugar of any type can lead to dental cavities, weight gain and an increase in cholesterol. Be sure that you only choose candy bars that have no saturated fats. CookiesCookies are available in every possible flavor. No matter how inviting they may seem, if you are looking to lose weight be ready to cut them out of your life. A single oreo cookie contains 52 calories and nobody can have just one! Made by combining butter, eggs, refined flour and artificial flavoring and topped off with unhealthy toppings, they are not good news. Dried fruits Eating whole fruits is always a good idea. Contrary to popular belief dried fruits like peaches, apples and apricots among others cause unprecedented weight gain. This sweet and energy dense snack is loaded with calories due to additional sugar. When eaten for a long duration of time they can cause a lot of weight gain. Beer Thinking about cracking open a cold one? Hold that thought! Beer belly is real! Out of all the alcoholic beverages, beer contains the highest amount of calories. They also contain carbs that get stored as fat in the body.

The more you drink it, the more your weight gain will be and that includes the whole body. Bottled Smoothies Store bought smoothies are no substitute for freshly made ones. The main concern in case of bottled smoothies is the gross levels of sugar content. Other than that they also contain artificial sweeteners, flavorings and other additives aimed at increasing the shelf life. If you really want the bottled ones, then be sure to only go for whole fruit ones with zero added sugar. Refined Sugar It is almost impossible to escape refined sugars. It’s present in everything from cookies, breads, pasta, yogurt to tomato sauce. The list can go on and on. If you eat sugar regularly then you will drastically gain weight very quickly. It’s a source of empty calories and negligible in terms of nutrition. Doughnuts Doughnuts are everyone’s go to sweet treat! They contain high levels of sugar, fat and carbs. The added fats make it a high calorie food. It also undergoes through the process of deep frying in refined oil which is a quicker way of adding those extra pounds. They contain anywhere between 190 to 400 calories which is quite difficult to burn out as well. Bagels Bagels aren’t that bad but it doesn’t make them a healthy option. Convenient and difficult to resist, including them in your morning breakfast may not be a good ideal afterall. A typical deli bagel contains around 350 calories. Unless you plan on burning those calories off at the gym, there is a good chance that they will turn into fat and get settled in your thighs and belly. Muffins Just like other baked goods a simple muffin is also made out of high sugar, fat and carbs. Although it may seem like an innocent sweet delight it contains close to 400 calories. There are ways of substituting a regular muffin with healthier ones along with natural sweeteners and additives. If you are looking to lose weight it would be best to cut it out completely. Pancake Syrup Pancakes are incomplete without a generous drizzle of syrup. This underrated addition may be unknowingly causing some weight gain. These syrups are extremely high in sugar and lack any sort of natural flavoring or nutritional value.

Constant use of different types of sugary syrup may lead to obesity and even diabetes. Canned Soup Soups are normally considered as one of the healthiest foods for weight loss. On the contrary canned soups, although a conventional and quick choice, contain large amounts of cream. These supply crazy amounts of fats and calories into the body which in turn increases your hunger and cravings for other foods. This of course later on leads to weight gain. Pretzels Pretzels seems like a good choice of snack if weight loss is your goal. However they are actually fat traps in disguise. One serving of pretzels contains just 1 gram of fat but they also contain high amounts of refined carbohydrates and unhealthy amounts of sodium. They increase the daily intake of sodium in a person by tenfold which contributes largely to weight gain. White Bread White bread is on everyone’s breakfast list. It is cheap and easily available. Sadly, they are packed with carbohydrates and sugar. Two of the primary contents responsible for weight gain. Not just that they are high in the glycemic index as well which makes it a no go for diabetics as it tends to shoot up the insulin levels. Having just 2 slices of white bread will greatly increase your chances of developing obesity. Restaurant Desserts When it comes to restaurant desserts, sugar is not the main culprit but gross amounts of salt is. Desserts come as a final meal during your restaurant stay, this may add thousands more calories. These desserts are also oversized adding unnecessary sugar contributing to weight gain. While going out try to share the dessert if you can! Drive thru Fast Food The word ‘fast food’ spells unhealthy and fat gaining foods. These include chinese takeaways, burgers, burritos and more! All these foods are prepared beforehand and contain unhealthy levels of fats, carbs and other artificial additives.

If a drive thru fast food is a part of your daily meal, then it is time to make a few changes! Croissants Made with butter this much loved food also, sadly, falls under the category of high calorie foods. They also contain trans fats that leads to weight gain. One simple croissant contains as much as 272calories. Baked goods in general are a poor choice to include in your diet if weight loss is your aim. Butter Consider this, one tablespoon of butter packs about 102 calories. This shows that butter is packed with calories and fattening content. Sure butter is fine in small quantities everyday, but lathering your bread and including it in any of your baked goods will lead to an increase in your weight. Say goodbye to butter if you want to shed a couple of pounds quickly!

Amazing Benefits of Waking Up Early

Wake Up At 5 AM - Amazing Benefits Of Waking Up Early! Let’s be honest. For most people, waking up early in the morning isn’t easy, especially when it’s still dark. But, there is something to that “early bird gets the worm” theory! Waking up early in the morning doesn’t just mean getting more out of your day, but it can also have a positive effect on your health and overall performance. Here are ten reasons to rise early! Number 1 - Plan Your Day Have you ever felt like you were constantly rushing to get things done all day long? Like you weren’t running your own life? It’s safe to say that we’ve all had those days… In fact, most people are reactive when it comes to managing their day. Rather than plan ahead, they tackle things as they come.

When you start waking up earlier, you’ll find that you don’t have to rush anywhere, and you’ll have time to plan your day. Having the time to plan how you’re going to navigate your day allows you to prioritize your tasks and complete them in the most logical and efficient way. Number 2 - Improve Sleep Quality Keeping your body on a sleep routine, will make it easier to go to sleep and wake up naturally at the same time every day. This is important for your body’s internal clock. When you go to bed late, and sleep in on the weekends, your body’s natural rhythm gets disrupted.

If you wake up early, you are naturally sleepier in the evening. And being on a predictable routine, will help you sleep better each night and wake up feeling more rested. Number 3 - Improve Timeliness People who wake up early are more likely to be punctual. Rushing around every morning can be tiring, while waking up early gives you more time to prepare and be timely. Whether it is showing up for work, an appointment, or a class, rising early allows you to be on time, which, in itself, has tremendous advantages. Number 4 - Better Concentration Starting your day early improves your concentration. In addition to being able to focus on goals and tasks, getting up early means that by the time you get to work or school, you’ve had hours to properly acclimate yourself to the day. As a result, you’ll be more alert during peak hours. Number 5 - Enhance Productivity When you wake up early and begin your day with focused, clear intentions, you are more likely to actually achieve those goals throughout the day. Think about those days when you wake up late, with your mind in a fog, and all day you feel like you’re just trying to catch up. If you begin your day with a set, purposeful plan, chances are you’ll end it that way, too.

Number 6 - More Proactive Early risers are more likely to plan long-term goals for themselves, and actually make things happen. They are also better at self-starting rather than needing constant supervision. It's an asset, particularly at work, where proactive employees are more likely to get positive performance reviews. Waking up early in the morning allows you to be proactive. This means, having a greater degree of willingness and ability to take action to change a situation to your advantage. Number 7 - Better Health People who wake up early tend to eat breakfast, while later risers are often rushing out the door and have to grab something on the go, or they just skip the meal altogether. The problem with skipping breakfast is that it leads to poor eating habits later in the day. Rising early isn’t just linked to your actual health, but to how you feel about yourself. It may actually make you feel that you are leading a healthier life! Number 8 - More Energy Managing your energy levels is very important, and if you exercise in the morning, you’ll have way more energy throughout the rest of the day.

When you work out in the morning, you’re also more likely to stick to a routine. You get it out of the way early, and then you don’t have to worry about it. This makes complete sense, when you think about how full your afternoons can get… Morning workouts are a great way to give your body an extra boost, but it’s not just about the boost, by working out each morning, you’ll actually sleep better at night. Number 9 - More Success Most entrepreneurs are early risers. It seems to be a common trend among most successful people.

Mornings give you time to work on a side hustle, or focus your time on big goals. You’ll have more time to find success in things that are important to you. If you want to achieve more, waking up early should be the first task on your list tomorrow morning! Number 10 - Increase Happiness Waking up earlier can affect your level of happiness. Perhaps because of all the advantages associated with rising early, you are more likely to be happy. The feeling of being in control, getting things done, being clear-minded and healthier leads to high levels of happiness.

It just takes starting this one habit to have an effect in every area of your life! Some people aren’t made for waking up early, and that’s okay. It’s not a character flaw or a sign of laziness; your sleep cycles are just geared for staying up late and sleeping in. If staying up late and sleeping in works for you, great! Keep doing it. But, for most people who work a 9-5 schedule, sleeping in until 10AM just isn’t possible. If you want extra time to be productive, try making the switch to waking up a bit earlier. What do you think? Are you an early riser? If so, do you have any tips for becoming one? If you're a night owl, why do you feel that works better for you? If you could change it, would you?

The ROUTINE that makes PRODUCTIVE, SUCCESSFUL & HAPPY

After feeling unmotivated and also after procrastinating quite a lot I came up with a simple routine that is helping me to get things done and to be productive Now these days can be chaotic and uncertain so after trying out several ways to plan my day and just basically over complicating myself too much I have created a simple daily routine that helps me get things done and also allows me to enjoy my life Now on this video i'm going to tell you what i'm doing different and why it is working for me So stay with me till the end because it kind of needs a little bit of an explanation and it might also work for you my friend Now before

I was creating really hard to follow daily plans with lots of different tasks and also fixed time tables which in the end I was not really following. And i must say i was disappointing myself day after day. And that is why I basically decided to simplify things I first listed the main tasks that I need to do every day and those tasks are: studying, working out, working on my business, and house chores And I also included one very important one that I have neglected for a long time which is time for myself or just ¨me time¨. So on this new method once I had the main tasks in mind I decided to become flexible. Following fixed time tables doesn't really suit me right now since I don't seem to be sticking to rigid or strict things. So instead I opted for a much more flexible and more intuitive approach. And contrary to what I thought, and this is the interesting part this is helping me to get more things done than my previous system did.

So here is an example of why this works: Before i would set my alarm to a specific time that was usually around 8 and I would wake up already feeling grumpy since I haven't been having the most consistent sleeping schedule. And I would then force myself out of bed even though I would have wanted to chill in the comfy blankets just for a little bit longer. And after that, I would start exercising, even though I might have wanted to start my day by doing another of my tasks. So the day would just go by, me feeling just kind of forced to do things. I would just be following the schedule, which actually made me unproductive since I was not really motivated to do much. And also made me feel quite unhappy not to mention that I would take just ages to complete one task. So one day I forgot to put on my alarm and I woke up later, so that was around 11am. And at first I was worried I wouldn't get much done out of the day, but I still decided to be gentle with myself, and I also didn't stress much about it And I stayed in bed until roughly lunchtime.

So after lunch I started studying and I and I actually got a massive amount of work done and I was actually enjoying it for real. And that was because I kind of got into the flow, and then I also made a lot of progress on the videos that I was editing. So it was overall an amazing day just because I was using my internal motivation to do things, and also I was listening to my body. So the next day, I intentionally decided to stay in bed a little bit after my alarm went off. Well actually not a little bit because I stayed from 8 until 10 because I just felt like it And when I woke up I asked myself what I wanted to do next and the most appealing option for me, out of the tasks that I intended to complete on that day was exercising. And my friends, I got so much joy out of that workout just because I was not forcing myself to do it, I was somehow choosing to do it. So since then I have been trying to listen to myself. I had the misconception that I was ¨naturally lazy¨ and that I would never ¨feel like studying¨ or ¨feel like exercising¨ if I was not really forced to.

But since I have been flexible and gentle with myself, and also been allowing some chill and relaxing times I actually want to get things done and it does not feel like such a hustle. So nowadays I wake up and I try to ¨win the day¨ meaning that I really try to make the most out of it. So I rest when I need to, and I also take a break here and there if i'm not feeling very motivated. And i'm also finding my daily tasks a lot more appealing than before. Some days I begin my exercising and then getting ready, while others I start by studying and getting most of the work done in the morning. And there are days in which I just chill a little bit in bed and I get most of the work done in the afternoon.

So by choosing which task I want to do the most, I have found a lot more energy and also a lot more enthusiasm to get things done. And of course I still have to put a lot of my willingness, but overall I know that completing the things that I need, to do makes me feel great which helps me to get more motivated. And also since I have divided my day into kind of major chunks, I can just move them around but still do everything that I need to do. And that kind of gives me a little bit more excitement to the ordinary things, without making my routines totally boring or repetitive. Now once again I give myself rest moments or even rest days whenever I feel I need them. And this kind of seemed like a waste of time before but now it is an investment in my productivity since I feel better and I work better consequently.

And also I am careful of making simple lists and not over complicating them too much, because I tend to be a to-do list packer and i'm always making really really big to-do lists. So now I just have the big main tasks and then I also have small little habits that I do not write down. And I just go making these habits throughout the day, and they are totally powerful, so I will be sharing them in another video so that this one does not get too long. But just leave a comment if you're interested in that Now for my to-do lists I have been loving these printables that you can get for free in the link in the description box! And also if you like what you see and you want to support my work you can check out my patreon page where you can also get exclusive videos! It would just help me a lot and it would mean a lot to me so I will also have the link down below for that or you can click in the card in the right top corner. So every day kind of feels different and I am being a lot more productive than before. And i'm also a lot more gentle and nice to myself. So overall I have been feeling better. And this is a simple way in which I am fighting anxiety unmotivation and sadness.

So instead of being super harsh or strict with myself, I am trying to be more flexible. And also i'm trying to become my friend instead of being my enemy. So you might find that interesting So this is the recipe that has been doing wonders for me. If you have any thoughts on this just please leave a comment down below and of course things might change in the future since i'm always changing things around.

But it might work for some of you too and that's why I decided to share it with you. Okay my friends I really hope you enjoyed the life

Health Tips || Right time to have dinner

A healthy diet, means a healthy you. But is eating healthy food enough? The best approach to get the most out of your food depends not only what you eat, but also when you eat. Eating at a right time has a maximum benefit, it promotes digestion, balanced weight and reduces gastrointestinal problems such as acidity and constipation. So what is the best time to eat? Today We will discuss a right time to have dinner depending upon various factors. First - Time, between dinner and sleep There should be at least a gap of two hours, between dinner and bedtime.

Dinner should be eaten by 7 p.m ideally. An early dinner allows the body to digest the food efficiently, when we sleep the healing process in our body starts, but if we eat late at night, there isn't enough time for body to digest the food and it spends that sleeping time digesting the food rather than repairing the body. So have an early and light dinner. Second – Before Sunset Traditionally our ancestors, had dinner before sunset. Not just because there was no electricity, but there was a scientific reason behind it Melatoninn level in our body rises as it gets darker. This would prepare us to relax and sleep, hence, it is difficult for the body to digest the food in the same rate as it doesn't either day light when the Melatonin levels are low and the body is energetic and active.

But in today's hectic lifestyle, it is difficult to eat dinner that early. So at least aim to have dinner by 7 p.m. or 2 hours before bedtime. Third - Link to Lifestyle At times, we get so much caught up in our work that we don't have a time to follow our eating and sleeping routines. If you are having a late dinner, go for something, which is very very light, soup, salad or a glass of milk, is the right option, you will get acidity or stomach ache if you continue to eat something heavy. It will also affect your sleep because body finds it tough to digest that food at such an late hour. Fourth one - Mood matters It is important to eat at right time, but it is also important that to eat with a right mind set

. The best time you eat is when you are stress-free, you have finished your work and then you don't have to think it while you are eating. Enjoy your meals instead allowing your mind to get occupied with unnecessary thoughts. Since this can affect how your body processes the food so depending on our busy life. The best time is to eat food, two hours before your sleep or preferably 7 p.m. Make a meal schedule and follow it.

To get the most nutrition you must pay attention to numerous factors such as the food, you consume the time you eat, your mood while eating, the quantity you eat and so on. So if you want to stay fit, keep all these things in mind, this will help you in being healthy and also prevent issues such as weight gain, acid reflux, constipation and much more. Take care eat at the right time in the right manner with happy positive state of mind and you will really enjoy good health.

Dandruff treatment at home

Dandruff is such a word which many know it very well, they suffer from dandruff and let me tell you, more than 50% population, adult population all over the world suffers from dandruff. This is such a disease, it is a sickness, sickness of scalp, such a thing that the flakes the fall on you, flakes on your forehead and you feel very terrible when you are with people around. People want to avoid wearing dark clothes because on dark clothes Dandruff flakes are seen very clearly, so the whole psychology, which is behind dandruff. The person doesn’t like dandruff, person doesn’t like mixing with other people, want to avoid because that dandruff is bothering. Well let me tell you there a solution for every problem and the solution is there in yoga, but we have to understand first the causes of dandruff. Dandruff is nothing but fungus infection. The fungus is called as malassezia.

This is the condition of scalp, and here this fungus, its character is very clear, fungus feeds on the oil, the sebaceous gland are secreting oil all over and on the scalp also oil is there. So this fungus feeds on oil and this whole combination forms little flakes and these little flakes are seen outside. The point is we should understand that it is an infection it is fungus and the fungus needs to be removed. We should know how to deal with it. It is not a big problem, but it is a problem that definitely needs attention, because if attention is not given then you know what happens, of course hairfall, and along with all that other problems comes like pimples even on face, like acne, even pus cells are form, even boils are formed and person is not at all comfortable with all those things in the head. So we will have to deal with very seriously and we will have to remove dandruff from its root and so we will tell you how to go about this, because of this drandruff, person really feels scratchy and itchy all the time, it’s not a good feeling you know, so now since I have told you about the cause lets understand the other causes and so here comes

 1. Oily skin basically oily scalp that is one of very big cause

2. When you feel oily you want to wash it very regularly very frequently, that’s how I watch people and which is so wrong it rather damage to your hair.

3. Tension and stress in any case

4. Weather changes and all that

 5. Sweating, profuse sweating, I ve seen people the sweat from head downwards so badly that actually the sweat is flowing from the head down. All these things can be taken care off, with the help yoga. Proper circulation, proper hygiene proper management, maintenance.

The hygiene of scalp is poor and that’s why what happens is infection, redness, pus, pimples acne and really uneasy feeling all the time. Certain practices when we start doing, it is a sure sure treatment and the quickest treatment for this drandruff problem. So here are certain asaans first we should do because a good circulation to head region means good health, good oxygen and relaxation would work wonders to handle any disease and so this fungus infection. So I would give you three asaanas which would doing regularly. First Asaan I would strongly recommend is Chakrasaan Where you are bending back and you are bending forward you are staying back in forward bent position for sometime where circulation goes very nice to head region. Second Asaan would be Adhomukhsvasaan . That also is an asaan where forward bending is there and you are doing easily to handle your problem.

Third Asaan is Sarvangasaan It in any case is a head low posture and it helps head scalp neck shoulder, and it works wonder in bringing back to natural glowing health. Well, so let us take help from natural things which are around us to help us remove dandruff nicely. First, 5 to 6 Hibiscus flowers, see that you take these hibiscus flowers and boil them with little water and then blend them to make a paste out of that. Then use oil, coconut oil and with that make a paste, oil should be warm so that it mixes well. Now this paste we should apply on the scalp, nicely rub it and apply it on scalp and then leave it for one to one and half hour and then wash it with warm water .This Hibiscus flower and coconut oil, this combination works wonders as it is rich in content of amino acid and vitamin C. This combination really helps to strengthen the roots of our hair.

Another thing which would help tremendously is fenugreek , that is methi seeds , so take some methi seeds, and have some yougurt, see to it that you add some curry leaves two three curry leaves and two three little amlas, complete amlas. All these things should be blend it very well. Now this mixture we are suppose to apply on our head and it is really really feeling comes on your head that it goes so very well. Keep it for sometime and wash it with warm water. Now this is very good combination, rich in and high in vitamin C and it really would help strengthen roots, it would help removing the fungus and make your skin lubricated very well, because curd yogurt is a very good moisteurizer. Third mask would be a combination of lemon juice yogurt and honey .All these 3 ingredients are so useful, mix them and apply them on your head and keep it for sometime and wash it out. Now this observed that lemon it just removes the dandruff very easily, now the yogurt curd is rich in lactic acid, loctobacillus enzyme it has, and second is lemon which has citric acid and is honey which is a moisturizer. This combination really helps to remove dandruff. Now there are certain things you should do, to help yourself further. Now people feel if they have dry skin they should put oil, now oil always spreads infection let me tell you, when there is an infection you should not put oil, but if you want to put oil for some other reason that you feel very relaxed, you feeling very fresh in your head, then you can put oil, remove that oil in one hour and don’t keep it for a long time . Second try and see that you pull your hair, this hair pulling is very good exercise, it really helps circulation in the head.

Third take a thick comb and do back combing in the hair, back combing is a good exercise for the hair, that you can use your fingers also very often and move your finger on your head to see that flakes don’t stick to your scalp, this is how when you help yourself it would really help you and your health. Well so understand problem has a solution and given a solution, so there is nothing should irritate you and affect you because if mind is week then nothing really works so try and enthusiastically use all these things and you will be free from this dandruff, it’s much much easier with the help of yoga.
