did you know that sleeping well can keep you really healthy and free from diseases today i am going to tell you 10 ways that would help you to sleep better this will also make you feel more refreshed next day first create an imaginary  in peaceful space around yourself as soon as you get into bed and put a fence around it these fencing should allow only pleasant memories beautiful dreams and peaceful thoughts to enter keep any problem solving or disturbing thoughts outside the space second moon drink drink milk or milk based sleep inducing drink before you go into bed one such drink is the moon drink which is made with  milk cardamom and cinnamon to make this drink warm one cup of milk add one teaspoon full of  powder or crush one tablet of into milk add to it little cardamom powder and cinnamon powder stir the milk and your moon drink is ready milk contains tryptophan which helps to induce sleep  reduces stress cinnamon helps to relax muscles and cardamom reduces bloating and restlessness third reflection
